Exquisite hand-carved wooden spoons inspired by the shape of deer antler. These beautiful kitchen utensils are both artistic and practical. These spoons are made to order by hand without a template and without the use of powered tools. The wood grain is different for each piece. The shape of the spoon is guided by and remains true to the wood from which it was produced. After carving, the spoon has been coated in a natural, food-safe, deep penetrating Tung oil.

Because this is a hand-carved product made from untreated greenwood, the spoon will not be as smooth or perfectly finished as commercially manufactured wooden items. Craft marks from the carving process may still be visible. As the spoon ages, its color will slowly mellow and change; this is perfectly natural.
